~ Lovely Art Deco Influence and Bias Cut Skirt
Wonderful vintage dress by designer Valentino. Flowing skirt, blouson bodice with a front-center single inverted pleat, short sleeves with shoulder pads, and a scarf draped cowl-like neckline that ties in the back. Fastens up the center back with zipper in the skirt and hidden buttons on the bodice. Only the top is lined.
