Accurate measurements are very important when ordering clothing by mail. Measurements listed with the item description are of the garment only and not of the body the item is intended to be worn on. You are encouraged to measure a garment in your closet with a similar cut to the vintage item you are interested in to ensure a proper fit and purchase.
Bust: Measure at the fullest part
Waist: Measure your natural waistline (and no sucking in ladies)
Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hips (typically 7-8 inches below natural waist)
Having an accurate account of your body measurements makes shopping online a snap.

An invoice will be sent via email to you within 24 hours (24-72 hours if it is around a holiday) that will include your shipping costs. Please do not make a payment until you receive your invoice from us. If mailing a payment, the item will then be placed on HOLD for 7-business days awaiting payment. If payment is not received within 7-business days the HOLD will be released.

Return Policy
To qualify for a refund or credit, the returned item must arrive in the same condition as the day the item was shipped (no rips, repairs, alterations, stains, smells, and so on).
q If
you would like to return an item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your
item. All items will be shipped with a delivery confirmation notice on the package (within
US), confirming the delivery date.
q You MUST INSURE your returns. My Frock Shop will NOT be held accountable for uninsured items that may get lost or damaged in the mail.
q To receive a refund, the returned item MUST be received within 10 DAYS from receipt of delivery (the delivery confirmation date). *No Exceptions*
q Your refund will be in the method in which you paid, minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee (Paypal will be refunded via Paypal, money orders and checks will receive a refund check in the mail).
q We do not refund shipping charges and there is a 20% restocking fee.
How We Ship
We ship within the US via USPS Priority Mail (2-4 days), with delivery confirmation. Upon request, Express Overnight Shipping and Optional Insurance is available for additional fees.
International shipping is done via US Postal Service Global Airmail. Upon request, Global Fedex Overnight Shipping is available for an additional fee.
We gladly give shipping discounts on multiple item
purchases.
