~ Louis Style Heel and Shiny Blue Silk
Gorgeous blue silk heels by footwear designer Herbert Levine. By the look of the soles, these appear to have been worn only once. Great French style influence complete with a Louis shape heel. The bows are wrapped on the ribbon ends with tiny double rhinestone strips.
